The Studio Cas Public is a space for the artistic community of Montreal. Dedicated to research and creation, it features a resilient dance floor, a sound system and ballet bars. Located on the eleventh floor of an industrial building on Casgrain Avenue — in the heart of the Mile End — it is 1,200 square feet.

 The studio is available for rentals from Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. ;

Any requests for rentals must count a delay of at least five (5) working days before the day requested for the rental ; 

[ Requests are not processed on weekends or on official holidays ]

A fifty percent (50%) deposit is requested upon confirmation of your studio reservation ;

[ For a cancellation with no fees, allow five (5) working days following the confirmation of your reservation ]

The studio rental is by the hour ; 

[ A minimum of two (2) hours is required for a rental ]

Reduced package options are available for repetitive or long-term rentals.

Food is prohibited inside the studio ;

It is prohibited to consume alcohol, drugs or to smoke cigarettes inside the studio ;

Windows and curtains must be closed at the end of use of the studio ;

The presence of animals and the use of dirtying and / or odorous products or materials is prohibited;

(Examples: powder, sand, flour, resin, oil, candles, incense, fire, smoke machine, etc.) 

Boots and shoes are strictly prohibited in the studio.

A fee of $50 will be charged to the tenant if this condition is not respected

The studio is available for rental Monday to Friday,  from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
